I was first informed of this by Sharon Scott and the "Framework for the Future 2030" CD from the City.
While I have mixed feelings about building in the first place, I have great reservations about giving any company or builder a tax break not enjoyed by all.
Additionally, I may be in favor of additional residential spaces in a residential neighborhood; but building additional Office space away from the Warwick/Jefferson corridors when many office spaces on these avenues remain vacant, would only further reduce the value of office spaces by those that have received NO tax breaks.
I don't know if you share my concerns for these decisions or if yours are different; but I thought I would bring it to your attention.
Giving one company (or Person) a tax break not enjoyed by all; at least on the surface appears to be a violation of Equal Protection.
I wish you a blessed day,
Daddy of my 3 kids & Peninsula Libertarian,
Glenn McGuire
